Summer Happenings

One of the summer happenings , in Thessaloniki Greece , from the last summer . This lady was about 60
and i was looking her to do all those things , for over 60 minutes . The told me that that , is comes from India , she was a teacher , but im not sure what it was , maybe Harshad could help about it .

This is a variation of a gymnastics move called a "planche". Normally the legs are extended all the way back and straight (more difficult!), or extended to the sides which is called a straddle planche. I could do these moves until about 40 years ago... :D
