    There is a pair of Great Horned Owls nesting at Fort Matanzas National Monument. when we first passed by the beginning of the month the female was hunkered down on the nest. Today the baby, whos is 2 weeks 6 days old was up and moving around and gave a great show.

    Hi Myer - is there some thing funny going on with the RHS eye?? Looks kinda weird.

    Not bad for this type of shot, trying not to stress out the family and all. Maybe more ISO could help shutter speed. There are cloning and/or QM opportunities to the left and right of the head if you so desire - nice habitat shot.

    Meyer, Quite the interesting image. I agree, the 2 elements coming into the L&R side should be cloned out as they attract the eye. Also, I agree with Lance that the right eye does look funky. Maybe you can copy another from another shot or use the left one. Congrats on a nice capture....

    I have played with the image Q masked to remove elements but the areas seem to be to sharp
