    Default Green-winged Teal

I would have loved a lower angle here...but it simply was not possible. Either way I am happy to get my first decent images of this species :)

Your low enough IMHO! Love the light, BG and water color on this image.

Those are fine colours on the head, and overall, you nailed the sharpness. I would maybe take a bit off the bottom.

I agree with Stuart, I would crop it between the last bit of white and the last reflection of the head and I would also have liked a little more room on top.

Beautiful details, colors great job on contrasts, great BG.

Stunning duck. I would have to agree on cropping the lowest reflection. If you have a tad more room on the rest, I think it would be helpful as well. Congratulations on this one. The light and colos are simply stunnning.

Great shot of a beautiful bird. I like the head angle and the color of the water. Beautiful light.

    Hi,

Agree, stunning image, and better than I have ever been able to get of this species. But I would have preferred backing off somewhat, and including all of the reflection, including the head, to make it more symmetrical.

Tack sharp with good light, nice portrait...looks like he's smiling for you. Shooting angle looks good to me.

P.S. Enjoyed your article and photos in this month's issue (April) of Birder's World magazine
