Lovely bird and BG. Your exposure is good with wonderful details and the light is gorgeous. Only wish for a smaller perch but we can't dictate where they land.

Hi Steve. Wonderful light and great colors. Also a nice pose, good sharpness, and the background colors compliment the bird. Well done.

Steve, this is a very pleasing image. Good eye contact and HA. I like how the bird stands out from the BG, but the BG still complements the colors on the bird's breast.:)

Hi Steve, tiny little fellow. I really like the exposure in this, which in turn has brought out fine detail. Good catchlight, and killer BG.

Exquisite image, Steve. Fantastic light, bg and great details. These are common little guys--but hard to get just right.

Beautiful shot Steve, Just about everything has been said already, I will just add that I like the fact that the perch matches the junco...

    Beautiful warm tones.

I like the overall quality to this image. Yes, I wish the perch was better...but it matches rather well size and colour-wise. Although the HA looks parallel to the camera I still would have prefered a degree or two more this way. Awesome light and BG. Good comp too.
