    This image has been cropped and is heavily sharpened without any other adjustments except three passes of NR at 8, 85, 45 in Elements 5.0. Tripod used.

    The expression makes me think of a little kid whose parents made him take a bath, and he isn't happy about it!
    The flying water is great

    There seems to be some loss of details in the feathers. Perhaps just from being wet, but wonder if you did the NR selectively on the background, or globally to the image? If the latter, might account for the loss of detail.

    Noise has been mentioned, but besides that this is a fun action shot and good low angle.
