Agree with Fabs about the strange quality of the face.... Rest of the bird looks great. Would prefer a BKGR other than sidewalk :)

Agree on over-sharpening causing issues especially with the eye and face. I would have gone with ISO 400 and opened the aperture to get a bit more SS and blur out the BG a bit more. I agree that they are attractive birds - very smart and wary in my experience of them in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
And a pest in Australia - They are a introduced species and aggressively expanding their range - Some towns were they have not yet established themselves are very active in quickly removing any that try to get established - very detrimental to our native species.
