    Default Great Egret Gatorland

    I took this picture about two weeks ago at Gatorland. I was hoping to get a nice BG so i added a 2xtc to my 500mm for a close up image.

    Loverly light, BKGR, and EXP. The best thing about this preening image is that the bird's head is exactly parallel to the back of the camera.

    THe sharp eye and beak is what I noticed too. The BG is just perfect to step this up many notches. Nice work Adams. It was good seeing you while I was giving my first workshop two weeks back

    A wonderful image Adams, as said the background is very complimentary to what is a perfectly exposed and positioned subject with tons of detail.

    Amazing background. My eye is drawn to it even as a thumbnail. I too would add a little to the top.

    Excellent cropping for composition. Whites are exposed perfectly and it complements the colors on the birds face.
