Just returned from an amazing albeit short trip to the Sabi-Sands Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park. I am still working through images from last September but couldn't resist preparing two from this trip for upload.

This was taken early on Sunday morning when me and my buddy Mark Dumbleton were driving around outside the Satara rest camp in Kruger.

    All comments welcome!

Beautiful image Morkel, great morning light, exposure, detail and composition are all here. I have no issues with the small branches touching the bird on the left, although I might be tempted to remove the uppermost left one. Splendid job!

Hi Morkel, Wonderful light and detail on the bird and I really like how the BG compliments the bird.

Beautiful picture all around Morkel! I think having the light coming from your right gives the image a nice 3D feel
