Another in the series of backyard birds from my back door. Same day, same bush as the WT Sparrow posted the other day; same reflected light from snow cover on the ground; different bird and perch. On this one I blurred the bg a bit more and burned the corners as suggested on the previous post. C&C appreciated.

Bird looks great and sure like the perch a lot more !!!

Bg wise might increase contrast to keep it from looking so dull? Does look complementing !!! Really like what your doing with these birds !!!

Hi Bill - looking good - the BG does look kind of flat and dull, bit of a curves adjustment woud fix.
Good HA and eye contact - sharp - exposure spot on.
    Good show :)

Hi Bill. I also agree with the expert's comments, I really like this series of backyard birds you are doing, you have some very nice images, just shows that you don't have to travel to get good subjects.

Thank you Alfred, Lance, Harold and Craig. I still have plenty of backyard species yet to capture, so lots to keep me busy when I can't get further afield. Appreciate the comments. I'll try some contrast on the bg.
