Nice pose Kerry, good wing spread and HA. Not sure how you pull off these bright exposures. Might be my laptop but wondering about the detail in the chest area. Is it lacking or might just be my Mac (uncalibrated). Anyways lovely flight shot.

Thank you Jackie. There is some loss of detail in that area due to the harsh light. It's the price you pay, I guess, but these young ones are very active at that time of day so I try to make the best of situation. :)

Nice composition Kerry, it's a tough shot to get right (white in bright sunlight) I really like the details of the left wing. Now at f/5.6 and the wing so clean I would believe that this is where the camera did focus, there is some artifact on the bill (I would think from sharpening) but we gotta do what we gotta do... right!

Great shot, great BG and colors.

I like the wing position and BG, nice eye contact in flight too. Light is very good and there are no shadows or hot areas. I do wish to see sharper detail in the head and feet but overall a fine photo. TFS

Kerry, nice head angle. Tough to get it for flight images. Loved the blure color. Crop is just what it should be.
