    Hi Folks

Gina and I went up the hill to Madera Kubo B&B today for an hour before it was cold enough to snow. Very overcast and under the trees. As you know that the Nuthatch' spend most of their time climbing up & down tree trunks so I was happy to even get him on a suet feeder in a horizontal position.

Painted it with free Fotosketcher and CS4

    CC's invited and appreciated

Gus, You really are the master of these painted images. I love the BG alot. I am not too fond of the perch but you managed to minimize it. Lovely work as usual.:)

Very lovely painting as usual, Gus. :) Love the BG and pose. I'm with Denise on not liking the perch much, but I don't think it detracts too much from the image.

I like the other version better, Gus. I think the blue in the perch and its diagonal line compliment the beautifully painted bird. KB
