    Default GBH Blur !!!!

    Attached Images Attached Images

From today at Anhinga Trail ENP a straight out of the camera Great Blue Heron blur !! Used 100-400 IS with the Mk4 at 1/8 sec starting tight and zooming out Best to have a slight hesitation at the start then zoom for a sharper center. When starting these types best to use a tripod for better results, with time you can do them hand held as this one... but still go back to the tripod when available !! .....btw darken corners a bit to concentrate view on the bird. Flash was used to help out sharpness, set a -1

    Comments welcome and much appreciated

Stunning example of the zoom out technique. So difficult to achieve such a great result. Love it! KB
