    Nice gliding pose for your owl, well exposed. I might consider placing him a bit higher in the frame, personal taste really. Good background.

    The prominent signature line is distracting.

    I see nothing wrong and like clarity in the picture

    Lovely pose with the wing tips turned up slightly. Looks very clean for iso 1600.

    beautiful freezed down shot. i would certainly crop it in pano mode. D700 is really gr8 at 1600 with 500 f/4 :)

    Beautiful capture. I might try a tighter crop (but then, I'm a tight cropper). Be sure to leave plenty of room on the right.
