    Good timing, sharp, well exposed.

    Because the action is all directed down towards the prey, you could consider a version cropped in from the left.

    Lovely picture. I would like a bit more saturation. The perch alludes to a captive bird, or man-made perch, if you clone out the prune knot, the overall impact would be more authentic. That said, we have plenty of perches place by photographers, especially for water birds, and one must live with the pruned branches.
