    Taken yesterday at Diutch gap Conservation Area in Chester, VA.
    Sorry for the poor IQ, but best I could manage under circumstances.
    I only saw two of them, they looked the same. He/she dove in quick dives.
    If it's in Sibley's; I can't find it.
