    Captured this one at a local park. I would have prefered a better head angle, but he would not give me everything I wanted all at one time. Canon 40D, 500mm @5.6 1/1600 slight crop for rotation and composition

    Nice perspective I really like the way you got low for this. Beautiful duck and you did well with the techs. A little head turn would be nice but a very nicely captured image!

    Hi Try can also add you might want to select the bird's eye and work on the pupil These guys always look to have funny pupils seems to go with the species !!! While you are added it clone out the few highlights in the mouth/bill area I like it a lot!!!!

    A fine image, Trey! I love the open beak and the low angle view. I think you could open up the blacks just a bit with RAW processing to show more dark feather detail, but it's still quite nice. :)
