    My friend the Mountain Fox again, this time a different take, the top has been burned to match the right side and give the "emerging from the shadows" look.

    Hi Fabs, I really like the rich colours on these guys, and if they are against a snow BG, or this darker BG, they always pop so well. Lovely sharp detail, and love the eye contact. Well captured.

    Hey Fabs,
    Very nice choice of darkening the BG.....really makes the fox pop. perhaps a hair more lightening of the eye on the left......but very dramatic portrait nevertheless!

    Great sharpness and color. The black BG does make the image pop. I do wish I could see the ends of the fur on the image right with more detail and color.

    I like the dark BG with the fox coming out of the shadows. What does Chiaroscuro mean?? Friend??

    Hey Jackie, it means dark/light and it's an old master's technique, google ti, you shouuld get even examples.

    Beautiful image Fabs. Exposure and details are right on as usual. Great use of ps tools to even out the bg. TFS

    After your comment on my owl pic I had to google what this meant. Prepared me for your post here :). I like the contrast between light and dark and color and black.
