    Ha! I just posted a cormorant and low and behold you did too almost at the same time:D

    Great BG here, and I like your choice of crop. I do wish the light angle was a bit better, and the the cormorant was looking more this way instead. Great eye colour - the late light sure gave it a nice hue.

    I like the light angle here a lot, very interesting, just wish for a bit more head turn, provided you didn't loose the light on the eye.
    Were you not a Nikon person?????

    Unfortunately I was restricted here with a very narrow view so yes, not optimal. Yes, Fabs I returned to Canon several months ago and glad I did.
