    Hi Tom,
    I like the sense of motion you captured here. I would guess you used a flash from looking at this shot but I didn't see it in your info. I would clone out the double catchlight. Did you get this on your Costa Rica trip?:cool:

    Tom, I really like the contrast of Green with the gray BG, the composition is great too, as far as improvements.... maybe a little more contrast on the bird (just a little more on the green and a little more on the tail and wings) to make it pop-up even more out of the picture... Just a thought...

    Hi Nate,
    I used my 580 flash w Beamer and also had my 580 backup setup, but don't think it fired. yes, just took this in Costa Rica.

    Christian, I upped the contrast quite a bit already, but maybe more would help.

    I agree with the good motion of this one. I don't know about contrast, but you still might be able to up the sharpness a bit and maybe play with the shadows slider? I can't put my finger on it exactly. Neat species, thanks for sharing. :)
