I took this wood duck early in the week while playing around with slow shutter speeds. After just noticing that Artie and Denise posted a couple of blurs I have jumped into the fray. I had deleted all of them from this session but if blurry images are in vogue I will throw one up and see if it sticks.

Know the feeling, Mike. You never know what will be in vogue!

Last week it was a throw away and this week, as you say. ;)

Nice image though. Don't know if it really ever was a throw away in the true sense. But ... your image ... your vision.

I like the head and expression, though I'm not sure if the H.A. would pass muster! :D

I might trim the top slightly but it is almost a perfect ROT image. Nice to see.

Mike, The sense of motion is fantastic. I love the colors and the water spray. Glad you posted this-it's great:)

The water spray, action and vibrant colors make this on work. Learn something new every day. I would have deleted it too.

The spray from the head shake plus the perfect head position and the cool pose combine to make this a winner for me.

Mike, I really like it, too - especially the way the BG turned out. If it were mine, I might take out the water spray that is at the OTHER end of the duck. ;)

MIke, nothing like OOtb to rescue stuff.
I may try poster edges palying with the sliders to try and get some edge definition.
