    Like the pose, perch and BG. shadows are a bit too silent. There is lots of sharpening halos and digital artifacts.

    Very dramatic light on this one. As mentioned, many halos , from sharpening??

    Nice looking eagle here, and it chose a good perch too. Light angle is hurting the image IMO...notice how dark the wing is in the shadow. Would you have been able to take a few steps to your right to get the sun behind you? I also wish for finer details (large crop?) and more sharpening. Reversing the current amount of space left and right would have strenghtened the comp. I like the head turn, great view of the talons, and you got yourself a sweet BG!

    Great light, perch and colors. The background is also great. A wonderful shot of this endangered species.

    Awesome bird , perch & BG...I too can make out the halos may be due to oversharpening . Shadows are too dark as pointed out and hence details on the bird are lost .
