    Ilija:

    Well exposed, nice detail, sharp.

The sepia look is nice. Obviously the bird doesn't really look quite this color, but the effect is certainly much more soothing then the blue/grey light that you probably were shooting in.

    Cheers

You are right about that, the neutral gray is about 300-400K away from this,
the RAW (auto Temp.) had strong blue cast.

I like this one a lot Ilija, nice low angle, great details and creamy BG, well done.

I really like the rich, warm tone here; great details, HA and very nice serene feel.

Liked the natural-light feel. Good post-processing. They are not easy to expose. Awesome BG and low angle.

Beautiful shot. I recently talked to photographers who all said they wouldn't bother photographer such a common (and here in Germany non native) species as it has been photographed so often.
Your picture shows that it is always a great idea to photograph those birds. They are beautiful and you made a terrific shot of this one. Great composition, head angle and background here.
I like the color adjustments you made.
I think that maybe tomorrow I will try Canada Goose myself again. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Thanks Markus,
I don't think I will ever get tired of photographing any species no matter how common it is.
There's always new situation, behavior or mood/emotion that you can capture.
After all that's what we try to communicate with photography,
not only being a witness, documenting the species.

    Cheers,
