    This is the very uncommon Black-eared Bushtit, which is mostly found in the West Texas region.

    Excellent as always, the bird is excellent, I like the front pose here,
    tail shown just enough. Perch is great too, looks perfectly natural.
    How do you attract these guys?

    Nicely composed, exposed, sharp. The delicate perch fits his diminutive size well.

    He looks like he just stuck his beak in the mains socket, really fluffed up.
