    Hi Gus - nice looking bird - seeing a bit of noise present on my screen, Bird looks a tad soft especially in the head/eye area - a little more sharpening perhaps, although possible the point of focus was not on the head /eye, may also be due to the large crop.
    Show me more ;)

    Hi Gus. Cool bird. I agree the head is soft and the background has some noise that could be removed. Looks like you captured this from significantly below the bird. White spot in the backround is a little distracting.

    Hi Guys

    Thanks for your kind comments, I agree with you whole heartedly

    First gave photo a couple of passes with Noiseware pro
    Cloned out white spots
    Using
    QM I slightly selectively darkened bird & gave it a couple of passes of Smat sharpen at 35
    Ctrl+E (flatten)
    Then using QM selectively sharpened head
    Ctrl+E
    Gave photo 1 pass of Curves>default>linear contrast
