I like the soft light and the walking pose with raised foot. Is the orange color in the plumage due to breeding season? Not sure about HA...

Like the habitat, the comp, and the raised foot Oscar. More of a head turn would have made it really nice with maybe some light shining on the eye.

Hi Oz - the ladies have it covered :)
Mr HAP has his eye on you :)
Like the low shooting angle - 500 sure is sweet.

Like the habitat and the light effect on feathers. Nice colors!

Hi Oscar Agree with the above. You get full marks getting the focus, dead on - sharp details on the bird. Also this is a nice job of handling the exposure which looks like it could have been a problem but wasn't.

    Cheers

Hi Oscar Head angle aside the image is sharp with the converter !!! Doing well !! When using do take lots to choose from since not all will be sharp, will be a low keeper rate !!!

Did also well with the exposure, if anything would brighten the bird up a little bit in curves !!!
