    Default Ivory Gull

This is another image of the Ivory Gull that I photographed on Cape Cod last month. I liked the pre-dawn light and that the colors around the bird's right foot match those of the bill.

Low angle is giving a nice intimate view with a great BG, Axel. BG is lovely and I also like the echoed colours. Walking pose is nice. Seems to have quite short legs compared to the gulls I am accustomed to.

Axel, among all the other obvious things, I really like the pebbles and the surf on the beach.

I really like it - the clean white bird makes the red eye ring and yellow and grey bill stand out. The low POV works well as well and I like the pebbles on the beach.

This gull absolutely intrigues me. I've been reading that there is concern about the number of adults that have shown up in the US this winter.......doesn't speak well for their natural habitat. Another wonderful image with just the right touch of environment. Well done.

Nice soft detail in the bird's feathers. Also like the subtle transition of colors in the BG.

Beautiful bird Axel Whites are extra nice with lots of detail texture, would only have liked a catch light so the eye would appear livelier.
