This was created in an experimental mood during Artie's IPT this past week. The color comes from an OOF rock in the foreground, close to the Egret and far from me.
It was such a treat to have Tim Grey with us, not only because of his PS skills that he shared with us but because of his terrific personality and wicked sense of humor that we really enjoyed.
I have other takes from this series where the Egret is higher showing less veil but this one is my favorite. Pupil slightly burned.

I like the concept Fabs although the blur in the head bugs my eyes.

Perhaps a little bit more contrast from the very corner of the jaw / eye forward?

Somehow, it doesn't look as 'dreamy" as I'd like but more like something was in the way.

Pretty cool effect. The colors and light make this one for me.

I will say that this was a successful experiment. I like the mood created and hope you share some of the others that you mention with us as well.

Nicely done Fabs and thanks for posting. Another good idea to try out. It certainly has a very soft feel to it. Dave
