This is a photo of a semiconductor chip (similar to but far less complex the one that runs your computer or camera) taken with a Canon 5D MKII and 100 macro in 1:1 macro mode, f/8 10 sec ISO 200. the thinnest lines that you can see here are 18um thick, about 20 times thinner than hair. Not as beautiful as a flower but lots of shapes and patterns.
