    580 EX at +1
    Post processing: Levels adjustment in photoshop and desaturated green background to obtain dark background.

    Spectacular black-light. Where??? Love the killer plumage, the SH, and the pose. Would lose the few light areas in the upper right. It could use a bit of eye doctor work.

    It is more of a flash as main light image than a back lit image IMO. Here is the original just in case if you are interested.

    Nice image with great post work Sid, I agree with Artie the eye could use a little punch. BTW, I know you haven't even gotten to the good ones yet... ;)

    Contrast with the BG works very well here. Agree with Art the light spots should go.
    Bill and face colour looks great.

    Great shot here :) - the bird really stands out against the dark background and the contrast works great. The black and white look also makes the green on its bill stand out. I agree about the eyes having more punch though.
