Track changes in CS3?

I'm pretty sure there is a way to have CS3 log your adjustments to an image, but I can't seem to find the source where I read it.

Anyone know how to do this?

Just to keep everyone updated, the option is under Preferences > General > History Log. There are several options, but only "Detailed" gives you a log of actual adjustments made. You can opt to save the info in EXIF or a txt file, or both.
