Taken at Green Cay Wetlands, Boynton Beach, FL on a very windy overcast morning. I am not sure if this an adult or juvenile. I waited until she cleared the top of the tree line to take the shot. I cropped it to increase the subject size due to the distance away from her. I am not sure if I should have bumped the ISO up or down or changed the exposure time to gat more contrast, so I would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thank you

    Hi Ken

Birds body and head position is excellent. Image looks very soft, likely because of the large crop you have mentioned.

Nice shot Ken, she is looking at you! Techs look good to me, you can adjust contrast in post. I think this an adult (female). Colors look off to me there is a red or orange cast in brown plumage and it does lack a bit in contrast.
