    Default Tropical Parula

A rare bird in the US, this female was a regular at a feeding station, but wouldn't take a decent perch until she made me wait for 4 hours. Then 1 got about 3 seconds & 1 frame. Just barely outside minimum focus distance.

Great imaage and I am glad your waiting paid off. The colors are striking. On my monitor it looks just a tad over sharpened. Could be the monitor. I have been hankering for a new one ;)

Great find, where did you make this image? I like the alert pose, angle and interesting perch. Sharpness looks good here. I might desaturate the yellows a bit.

I fixed the link, the spaces in the file name prevented the forum software from creating a thumbnail.

Thanks for fixing the thumbnail. This image was made yesterday in south Texas near McAllen.

Beauty image, Russ. I like the light and the details showing in both the darker and lighter areas.
