    Here's another sweet little bird from Trinidad. To see these guys lekking is an experience not to be missed!

    Lekking is a term used to describe the activity of a group of male birds that group together to display for females. Often the female will pick only one to mate with...so it is very serious business ;)

    Wow, what an awesome close-up, Glenn! These manakins must be something special to see on their lek. Your exposure on this one is just right...perfect flash too.
