    Hi Eric: Like the needles, the blue sky and the raised foot. Your bird's head looks as though it needs some more sharpening. When you are out there think about whether you can step to the right or left to place your subject in a better position in the frame or possibly alleviate a distraction such as the big branch on the right. Photographing most eagles and their nests can be a challenge b/c of the angles and environment. Keep 'em coming.

    Very nice colors. I agree about sharpening the head a bit more. Raised foot is good. I am not sure what you could have done about the branch on the right. If you moed to the left here you would have lost the good HA you have.
