    Taken at the National Elk Refuge in Jackson WY

    Nikon D2x with 400mm 2.8 and 2x ext at 1/500th sec and f8 ISO 100

    Awwe hes so coot ;) Real nice, I'd only clean up the dark blob on the upper left edge, and the smudgy bit about 1/4 in from the right edge at the top.

    Nice feather detail and the water drops on the back are a nice touch. At almost 3:30 in the afternoon, you did well with the high angle of the sun. The thing that tipped me to look for the time is the position of the catch light in the eye.
