    I bought some Agate stone slabs to shoot some patterns.

    Fuji S5, Tamron 90mm w/25mm extension tube. F8, Natural Light.

    Incredible image, Mike. Where does one buy "agate slabs"? This is natural light with no flash? That's so cool! I would have thought you would need some extra bright light to get this kind of detail - simply amazing. The colors and patterns are drop dead gorgeous.

    Hey Jules, just go on google and do a search for agate slabs and there are companies that sell them. They are small so you will have to add some extension tubes to get in really close.

    This is beautiful, Mike. You definitely found a great composition in this pattern.

    This looks like a good subject for a Fractalius treatment but that's for another forum. :)
