    Nice pose and detail! Lovely BG too. White on the neck looks hot and I would prefer to see a natural perch. There is a dust spot above the bird. The black frame is a bit over powring IMO.

    Beautiful little bird with a great BG, Excellent exposure and detail too. Just above the head to the left is a small dust bunny and on my monitor it appears a little soft especially in the head area. Very lovely eye contact too. Many thanks for sharing.

    Good detail on the blacks. Whites slightly hot. I'm also one for natural perches, but this is great. Love the BG. Ditto the dust bunny.

    Comments mentioned all valid point. I too feel the framr to be a bit much. Nice looking subject. Good eye contact and color.
