Turbulent, icy water and a hint of mysterious color, an abstract to me, not enough bird to be a bird photo. But an interesting abstract and makes you wonder about the life of a penguin.

I like composition and pattern of the water. A larger image would show the details in the penguin better.

A great abstract image. I would also prefer to see more bird.

I'm really liking this one alot, Chas. I found myself staring at it and studying it for a good while! Quite different, in a great way. Was this an image you had in mind, or a one time "chance" event?

I am very goal oriented in my shooting. This was my 3rd trip to the Falkands and I was concentrating on images I had not taken previously. I spent the better part of two hours shooting the kings entering and exiting the surf.

    Best,

    Chas
