From my little backyard set up early this morning. (I seem to loose some sharpness when I post, so I've gone over a bit, perhaps too much?).

Sharpness looks just fine here and great portrait. I like the curious look, light and BG. I might desaturate the reds a few points.

Great detail and color. Does not look too sharp. complimetary BG. The posture of the bird is a little unsettling like it is going to fall forward. but wish I could say it was mine.

Wow the colors on these flickers are many and got most of them in this portrait with an uncluttered and complementary background.

Love the pose you have here, Grace, and sharp as a tack. Doesn't look oversharpened to me and colors look good. I like the wind in the feathers.

Really ridiculous detail here, no loss of anything there. Axel nails it with loving the light and the background.

My only issue is that the eye is DEAD Bulls-Eye Center. But I can get over that with all the other awesomeness.

Beautiful colours and sharpness. Lovely portrait Grace. I wonder about a small crop from the top.

    Grace,

I played around with different crops and really like the way you cropped this image.

    Very well done.
