    I'm still going through my shots from last November! What do you think of this 50D shot at ISO 800?

    50D, EF400mm f/5.6L
    Manual mode, f/5.6@1/1000 ISO 800 WB 5100K
    AI Servo autofocus, hand-held no flash

    Hey Kerry, I'm liking this alot! Great pose, and the habitat is very nice. Just enough light catching the eye/face to make it alright. I would tone down the blue on the near wing though.

    I like the landing pose, eye contact and habitat. Adding to Daniel's comments, I would sharpen the bird a tad more.

    l like the position and details of the bird but don't fancy the busy bg although some will like the habitat shot, I find it distracting.
