A beauty for sure!! Love the pose and light. Awesome BG too. I like that it doesn't look like it was lured with food (I often find these types of gull images look obviously "baited" - but not here). It could use about 1/2 more canvas above as posted.

Beauty. very well exposed. Loved the pose and wing position. I think small focal length makes this image special as it convers more of the BG. Only wish is tad more room on top.
