    Default Northern Gannet

Shot at Sebastian Pier 2 weeks ago. The sun was harsh but the gannets seem to come in close when the tide is going out and that was at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Hi Allan: Considering the conditions, I think you did quite well with this photograph. I'd be happy with any decent Gannet shot. You have a nice wing position which demonstrates well how they soar and a nice comp.

Lovely flight pose and beautiful BG. I think you did well considering the conditions. Would like to have seen a tad more eye contact Many thanks for sharing.

Thanks Judy and Marina. I agree with what you say about the head angle Judy, but I was just traveling through and was happen to get what I got. :)
