How Do you Setup 7D ?

1 For stationary birds
2 For BIF's

Doug's article is excellent and here is my settings (for raptors mostly)

CF-III-1 0
CF-III-2 0
CF-III-3 0
CF-III-4 0
CF-III-7 1
CF-III-10 0

I use single point AF for flight against variable BG and sometimes 4-point expansion for flight against sky
For perched birds I use spot AF if I can put the sensor on bright eye, if not I use regular AF point.

It's also good to experiment with settings a bit to see what combination produces more in focus shots.
