    Taken in Panama. This is a female and she never stopped moving. I was happy to get this one in the semi-open. I realize it's busy, but not sure where or if to start with removing anything. I welcome suggestions.

    Canon 1D Mk3
    600mm f/4 with 1.4TC
    ISO 1000, 1/160th @ f/9
    Av Mode, eval -1.3, FF -1 1/3

    I like it as is. A jungle bird is supposed to be in branches. Nice sharp eye and face.

    That would be a heck of a job trying to remove stuff here...I'd leave the surroundings as is. The worst offender is the OOF one near the bill tip (IMO), so if you want to try one that would be it:). Great bird, and the eye is striking. I do wish for a better HA though...notice how it is angled slighly away from parallel...

    Bryan I love the blue feet and the piercing red eye. I'll support Dan's suggestion about the OOF branch near the bill. I'd also be tempted to remove the one in the foreground of the LL corner of the frame since it's definitely not attached to the branch the bird is perched on.
