    I like the head angle and eye contact but I find the setting distracting. The plumage has a slight blue cast and the bird is a bit too centered for my taste.

    This capture would work better with the bottom portion cropped off b/c it doesn't add anything to the image. You have a nice pose. The picture would be more appealing if the bird were in the right portion of the frame walking giving him space to walk into the left.
