    Hey Fabs,
    Beautiful shot! Nice and sharp and like the exposure on whites. you did excellent job with manual focus too. I will get one of these to use with 5DMKII, 100-400mm is very sweet on FF for some distant landscapes too! will compare crops against yours, hope I get a good copy :)

    Hi Fabs, I like the pose, and you nailed the whites nicely here. Sharp, and I find pelicans to always produce the goods. Well done.

    Who said that lens can't produce sharp images. Can't get any sharper than this. The right tool in the right hands always works.;) One sweet image.

    Gorgeous !!! Love the pose and the excellent exposure and detail. Hope you are having a wonderful time on the west coast !!!!! Wish I was there :(:(

    That is perfect exposure on the whites. I like the pose and color as well. One subtle element that really boosts this photo is the way the whites lighten as you move from the breast feathers to the head. That draws the eye to the focal point of the photo.
