    What are people's opinion on Lens Converters???Are there good quality Converters on the market for a decent price???Thanks.

    Chris to be honest if you use Nikon I would use Nikon, Canon use Canon. I think since I have spent so much on a piece of prime glass, ie Nikon 500 why spoil it with glass that is inferior. I tend to stick with the 1.4 TC, but do have the 1.7 for stationary subjects.

    I use a Canon 2X with my Canon 300mm 2.8 and get good results.
