"High soft clouds" is my favorite bird photography weather condition, you can photograph all day when this is the case...and not worry as much about light angle:cool:.
Setting is a bit busy, and I would have preferred the bird a little higher in the frame (pointing your lens down a wee bit). Techs look great. The + 2/3 EC was just the ticket.
