it had just rained and winged termites were emerging from the ground. and there was literally bird gathering,feasting on these termites.

Great BG, pose and soft light, Niranjan. Having the prey is a nice touch and eye contact is enough. Motion blur on the wings works well but I think there is a touch of motion blur affecting the whole image with nothing critically sharp. This is probably a case where pusing the ISO to achieve more sharpness at the expense of noise would have been a better option. Some selective sharpening on the head and eye may be worth a try.

Wing blur, angle, food items and BG look very good. I only wish the body and head of the bird were a bit sharper.
