    Default Two to Tango

Saturday evening at Wakodahacthee, they were a little sassy doing their courtship dance. Unfortuantely the sun was out and it was impossible not to get a shadow here and there. I have some where there is no merging between them, but emotionally, I like this one the best.

Lovely interaction in the aerial dance. Nice details in the whites, eye contact between the two and the face/bill colours stand out well.

    Fabs:

It is almost like they are holding hands. Nice exposure control under challenging lighting conditions. I actually like the slight side lighting effect on the right birds left wing, where you see the details of the feathers stand out a bit more.

You might consider cloning out the bird? in the LLC.

    Cheers

    Randy

    Hi Fabs,
VERY VERY nice image...you seem to have a knack at getting these birds "duo in flight"...
Also, obviously "lovers" just in time for Valentines Day!!
    Best,
    Michael

    Great action/interaction!
I think the merge is a plus in this case.

Great timing a super exposure, I am surprised you did not increase the exposure to shoot to the right (??)

Shooting more to the right in this case would have no purpose, there's no blacks to open and you could really blow the whites.
In fact, if you look at my techs, I think I was pretty much to the right.
    Thanks everyone for your comments!

Reminds me a little of you NB shot. Although the birds were different and the BG a deep green. Like how they seem motionless with their feet dangling. Very lovely Fabs.

I love the interaction and the way they stand out against the blue sky. Is that a dust speck to the left of the RH bird's beak tip?

I like the fact that you go out after these "interaction" types of images. They are always a pleasure to look at!
